MAIN GOAL & OBJECTIVES

· To make sure operational purchasing requirements are met in a timely, efficient, and cost effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS
?
· Lead RFQ, tendering, negotiation, market research and finally the purchase of production related direct & indirect materials, equipment.
?
主導公司生產運營有關的直接與間接物資、設備的詢價、招標、采購談判、市場調研等工作。
?
· In close coordination and communication with operational teams to make sure their requirements are satisfied in a timely manner.
?
與現場運營團隊保持密切的溝通與協調,確保現場需求及時的到滿足。
?
· Be responsible for the maintenance of supplier database.
?
負責供應商信息的錄入,核對,歸檔和整理工作。
?
· Suggest best practice in vendor management, vendor performance evaluation.
?
參與制定供應商管理相關工作,供應商業績評估工作,并提供合理化建議。
?
· Study operational requirements and carry out strategic sourcing to make sure the company benefit from competitive advantage.
?
負責公司所需運營物資的市場調研,確保為公司提供有競爭優勢的物資與服務。
?
· In day-to-day contact with vendors and keep a healthy buyer-supplier relationship.
?
日常供應商維護,確保公司受益于健康穩定的供求關系。
?
· Achieve cost reduction without sacrificing on quality and service.
?
在確保質量與服務水平的前提下為公司降低采購成本。
?
· Analyze supplier cost structure, and provide management support on industry best practice
?
對供應商的價格成本進行分析,提供行業內最優的管理建議。
?
EDUCATION (batcher\master or others. major…)
?
· Undergraduate degree, majored in drilling & completion, supply chain management preferred.
?
本科及以上學歷,石油鉆井相關專業、供應鏈管理相關專業優先
?
WORKING EXPERIENCE (years, functions…)
?
· At least 10 + years’ work experience, at least 8 years’ experience in procurement and contracting.
?
至少10年以上工作經驗,至少具有8年以上采購、合同管理經驗。
?
· At least 6 years hands-on experience in sourcing, tender, contract management, supplier performance evaluation
?
至少6年以上供應商尋源、招投標、合同管理、供應商業績評估經驗。
?
· Solid work experience in domestic oil & gas industry, preferably in upstream oil & gas operator.
?
具有扎實的國內石油天然氣行業工作經驗,有上游油氣行業開發作業者經驗者優先。
?
· Overseas work experience or domestic work experience in foreign enterprises are preferred.
?
國外工作經驗以及國內外企工作背景者優先。
?
PERSONAL SKILLS (logistic, analyses, presentation, communication …)
?
· Skilled Microsoft Office service package user, such as PowerPoint, able to use Project, ERP & Visio is a plus
?
熟練操作office辦公軟件,PowerPoint。能使用Project, ERP, Visio 軟件者優先
?
· Good business sense, effective communicator and negotiator。
?
良好商業意識,具有好的溝通和談判能力。
?
· Good team player, willingness to work and contribute as a team
?
良好的團隊意識。
?
· Cope well under pressure, be able to work independently and meet tight targets
?
有良好的抗壓能力,能夠獨立工作并在規定的時間內完成既定的工作目標。
?
REMARKS (language, IT knowledge, certificates...)
?
· Capable of fluent verbal and written English communication
?
能夠流利的運用英文進行商務口語溝通和寫作。
?
· Willing to travel regularly on short term basis.
?
能夠適應經常短期的出差。
?
· CIPS certificates preferred, Level 4+
?
具備采購供應管理CIPS證書者優先考慮, 4級及以上
